Rarely do I find that a band someone recommends because their friend is in it or because they go to church with one of the singers is worth listening to.  That's how I first heard about Godsong.  I wasn't expecting much, but boy was I surprised.  You can download a whole CD worth of music off their site, and if you like soft praise, you'll like every song they have.
