Greater Darkness

The Bible is being accused of promoting hate crimes. With the rise of pro homosexuality legislation; the Christian world suffers attack, being pressed to accept homosexuality as a normal way of life. We have to wonder as this affront to Christianity takes place, what will come next. How deep will this world go before realizing they’ve gone too far? What about rape, murder and slander? The Bible calls sin a disease that kills the soul. The preaching of the Word is silly to the world. They want their cake and eat it to, without consequences of any kind.

We are told by those in authority that we must accept the lifestyle of the degenerate. Will we be told to accept the pedophile that preys on small children to satisfy the lust of their flesh? Will we then be forced to read pornography to please the filth mongers who sell such trash? Will we be subjected to homosexual behavior on every corner? How far will they go? How far will our lawmakers allow them to go?

Parents were told they could no longer discipline their children. If they spanked them, they would be charged with abuse, but if your children hit you, they are just frustrated and depressed--they just need more of whatever they want. When they stand and curse you to your face, the world tells you to speak softly to them so they’ll know they’re safe. A teacher can take a child to an abortion clinic without so much as a phone call to the parents, and send them the bill. The parents are then forced to pay for a procedure that they don't believe in and didn't know anything about. How inhuman is that? How did our young people come to see themselves as less then human? Millions of babies have been aborted in this country.

We send our children to school to have them taught that we evolved from some lower life form, which encourages our children to lose their Godly fear. You can’t fear someone if you don’t believe they exist. This results in good kids turning to drugs, alcohol, and violence. When there is not fear of punishment from God, parents, or teachers; a child will drift off into things they were fearful of before. Young people had a saying a few years ago “NO FEAR.” The world has no fear of God and that is the lie they are teaching the children in their care. “How can we ask, why there is no fear of God in their hearts, no fear of judgment, and no remorse for their sins.

Since the day evolution began being taught in public schools, this country has built more juvenile detention centers than ever before. There are more children being tried as adults than ever before. There are parents who have left their children to be raised by grandparents. There are children on street corners selling their bodies for food and shelter.

After the negative outcome of the laws passed in the last twenty years, you’d think someone would pay attention. Yet more laws are passed to unleash the powers of darkness in our land. Our children face a world where anything goes and there is no restraint on the lawlessness around us. As Christians we must stand up for right even when it is deemed wrong or inappropriate. If there is no light shining in the darkness, how will our children find their way?
